Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order you must call our customer service number 1800 809 4287 and talk to a team member to verify that it has not yet shipped. Sorry, special orders cannot be cancelled.

I cancelled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

 Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If, within 30 days, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email or call our Customer Service Centre to obtain a Return Authorization number. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at our expense. Merchandise returned for any other reason will be credited for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges.

Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Merchandise must be returned in it's original, unused condition, in it's original box with original packing materials. Do not destroy or discard original packing materials for 30 days. Back to Top

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
In the unlikely event that there is a delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We understand that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation:

Offer an ALTERNATE selection.

Offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if we or the shipping vendor conducts business in the shipping address state.

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
We know that you want your new hat tomorrow, right? We will do our very best to fill your order THE SAME DAY that we receive it. If for any reason we can't fill your order within 7 days we will contact you.

Our prefered method of shipment is Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service (it's quicker and cheaper than regular UPS or Fedex Ground). The standard shipping time for orders shipped via the U.S.P.S is 2-3 days within the United States, however this is not guaranteed and will certainly take longer at busy times such as Holidays.

Fedex 3 day Express Saver guarantees pm delivery within the U.S. on the third business day, if your order is placed by 2pm MT.

Fedex 2 day guarantees pm delivery within the U.S. on the 2nd business day, if your order is received by 2pm MT.

Fedex Standard Overnight service guarantees delivery by 3pm the next business day within the U.S. if your order is received by 2pm MT.

Delivery to Canada, U.K. and Europe is by Postal Service. Please note you may be liable for customs duty. Please refer to the SHIPPING page for details on shipping options and cost.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes, if you are selecting the U.S.P.S. option. Fedex cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes!

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen simply enter the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember you can use either a street address or a Post Office Box, for a shipping address, depending on the shipping method selected.

 How are shipping charges calculated?
U.S.P.S. Priority Mail shipping charges within the United States (including insurance) are calculated according to the total value of your order as follows:

up to $49.99 order value, $7.25 S/H

$50.00 - $99.99 order value, $FREE!

$100.00 - $149.99 order value, $FREE!

$150.00 - $199.99 order value, $FREE

$200.00 - $299.99 order value, $FREE

over $300.00 order value, $FREE

Fedex 3 Day Express Saver charges within the U.S. are based on the number of items ordered, regardless of value, weight or shipping destination as follows (oversized packages may be subject to surcharges subject to customer approval prior to shipping):

1 item, $15.50 S/H

2 items, $17.50 S/H

3 items, $19.50 S/H

4 items, $21.50 S/H

5+ items, add additional $2.00 per item 

Fedex 2 day charges within the U.S are based on the number of items ordered, regardless of value, weight or shipping destination as follows (oversized packages may be subject to surcharges subject to customer appoval prior to shipping):

1 item, $22.50 S/H 

2 items, $25.00 S/H 

3 items $27.50 S/H 

4+ items, add additional $2.50 for each item

Fedex Standard Overnight shipping charges within the United States are based on the number of items ordered, regardless of value, weight or shipping destination as follows (oversized packages may be subject to surcharges subject to customer approval prior to shipping):

3 or 4 items $40.00 S/H

We offer hassle free shipping to Canada, the U.K., Europe, and the rest of the world. On occasion, Customs & Excise duty may be payable on international shipping - this is beyond our control and will be your sole responsibility. How do I know my head size?
If you don't know your head size, grab a tape measure and measure the circumference of your head just above the ears and halfway up your forehead (ie where you would wear your hat). Do this 3 times and take an average reading. Use this measurement to determine your hat size according to the table below:

Hat Size 6 7/8 = 55cm =21 1/2"

Hat Size 7 =56cm = 21 7/8"

Hat Size 7 1/8 = 57cm = 22 1/4"

Hat Size 7 1/4 = 58cm = 22 5/8"

Hat Size 7 3/8" = 59cm = 23"

Hat Size 7 1/2 = 60cm = 23 1/2"

Hat Size 7 5/8 = 61cm = 23 7/8"

Note that hat size S/M fits head size 6 7/8 - 7 1/8 and L/XL fits 7 1/4 - 7 1/2 Back to Top
